Rick VanCleave specializes in representing management in certification campaigns, collective bargaining, labor negotiations, mediations, and strike response planning. He brings 22 years of experience in employment litigation to the firm. He was Oregon Chapter President of the Industrial Relations Research Association 2000-2001. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Willamette University School of Law, and is a member of the Oregon State Bar. Rick was ranked for Labor and Employment Lawyers in the State of Oregon by Chambers & Partners USA in 2004 and 2005.
