Richard Hunt is primarily involved in employment-related litigation involving trade secrets litigation, enforcement and defense of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, commercial litigation with an emphasis on executive and management disputes, defense of wrongful discharge claims and discrimination claims. In addition, he has more than 35 years of experience representing and counseling employers in union organizing, collective bargaining, and unfair labor practice charges and representation before the National Labor Relations Board. He is a member of the American Bar Association labor and employment law section. Richard earned his B.A. from Stanford University and his J.D. from the University of California Berkeley School of Law, Boalt Hall, where he was the Law Review Associate Editor. Richard is admitted to practice law in Oregon, Washington, California and Idaho.
